Psychological rehabilitation programs in the context of state support for ATO/OOS veterans

The article is devoted to the peculiarities of psychological rehabilitation anti-terrorist operation/environmental protection veterans, challenges facing state in process returning combatants a peaceful life. input theoretical analysis research field ATO / OOS veterans context support states that single program has not been developed. purpose work determine certain areas activity structures and international public organizations provide assistance OOS. To date, Ukraine adopted number laws social legal servicemen members their families, as well regulate procedure for rehabilitation. Ministry Veterans Affairs developed programs based on foreign experience, charitable foundations improve methods Thus, 2019, within framework UNFPA program, pilot project mobile brigades participants operation environmental families was launched, which showed positive result. main brigade identify emergency planned families. Among tasks team were: ensuring availability who cannot overcome crisis own or seek help; intervention order resolve crisis; providing peer-to-peer services according individual needs conditions integration, socialization overcoming difficult life circumstances. results study show are taking into account both physical but there problems work. implementation experience organization projects contribute this problem.
